So versatile in its use on the face and body, Glamour Sparks can be applied intensely on the eyes, over top of lipstick, or lightly applied high on the cheek bones for a perfect highlight.
For a little more intensity we recommend applying a drop of Cake Eyeliner Sealer to waterproof and create that extra shimmer!
ProTip – Apply a pale coloured eye shadow around the tear duct, then dust some Glamour Sparks on top for a sparkling, wide eyed glam.
